Extreme Heights Cidery was inspired by Ella Pardy (daughter of sister brand Adirondack Winery owners), who became an 'ADK 46er' at age 15 by hiking all 46 high peaks in the Adirondacks (4,000+ft elevation) in just 5 weeks! Achieving the status of an ADK 46er is a lifetime aspiration for avid hikers across the country. Ella's ambition and fearlessness embody the mantra of Extreme Heights Cidery: 'Take Life to Extreme Heights.'
Each of our craft beverages, the Extreme Heights Cider varietals, is named after one of the Adirondack High Peaks and is skillfully crafted at our cidery in Queensbury by our Cider Maker, Courtney Rankin, using Upstate New York apples, including Hewes, Whitney, and McIntosh varieties. We also add natural flavors to create each unique apple cider experience.
